7.The Whole Progress:
Entered into the Site on January 13th, 2016 and after overcame difficulties such as too much rockwork needed to be excavated during the foundation excavation period; blasting operation needed to get approved from the local military; tough natural conditions and so on, the Project was ready for start up on December 1st, 2016, and then started to operate officially on December 22nd, 2016. It took only 341 days from construction commencement to official start milling and then only took 46 hours from start milling to produce raw sugar, which broke the record of sugar mill building speed and the sugar making speed in Thailand again. All the data indexes fulfilled the design and the contract requirement in the target test in March, 2017, the result achieved the production target and standard. Due to the construction time compression and the delay caused by the objective conditions, there were nearly 1,100 workers used in the peek construction period, among which more than 570 local workers, and 530 Chinese workers.
8.Project Influence:
According to the Contract signed by the two Parties, the plant must achieve the production target and standard within one month after the project completion, which is never happened in sugar making industry and history. However, the requirement fulfilled and our company get more marketing influence. Meanwhile, this project has been optimized after two other similar EPC projects were carried out by our company, its construction quality and appearance quality are highly recognized by the whole industry and became one of the “most beautiful Sugar Mill” in Thailand.
